Arden Grange News **August 2010**

Bunkum the Stafford is back again with another important message. Back in May, we focussed on the sterling work of Chris Clark and her team at Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue. Whilst we like to promote a variety of charities and highlight different breeds, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier has had so much bad press recently that we wanted to continue to help to promote this lovely breed in a positive light. As a rescue Stafford myself, this is a subject that will always be close to my heart, so this month we’d like to use our news letter to raise awareness of another very worthy cause – the Wiltshire Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue (WSBTR).

Collingbourne K9 Festival 18th September 2010

Collingbourne K9 proudly presents a major new annual Kennel Club Licensed, Three Ring Companion Dog Show, the "Collingbourne K9 Festival", taking place at Parsonage Farm on the 18th September. The show will open for dog show registrations at 08:30 am, with Grand Opening at 10:00 am, hosted by the Show Chairperson, Claire Lingard and very special guest, Mr Pip Pocock MRCVS, of the Veterinary Hospital Hungerford. The Show closes at 6pm.

Cheshire Fund Raising Beagle Walk!

Beagle owners united on 18th July this year to help to raise funds for Beagle Welfare.

Arden Grange: A Double Celebration at the PPRA Awards!

Arden Grange are pleased to announce the receipt of two accolades at the recent Pet Product Retail Association (PPRA) Awards. This is the second consecutive year in which Arden Grange has won the award for Best Supplier. During the 5th annual awards ceremony, held at Glee Pet Index in Birmingham on 21st September, the company also took home a second award thanks to Arden Grange Area Manager Sue Hodgkiss, who was awarded the title of Best Representative.

The Pet Product Retail Association (PPRA) held its third annual PPRA Awards ceremony at Glee Pet Index in Birmingham on 21st September 2008. Arden Grange attended the champagne reception to collect the award, presented by PPRA chairman Simon Carr.
