Dear Arden Grange, we are first time dog owners who have the occasional question and Ness from Arden Grange has been brilliant, answering quickly and in ‘plain english’. Our puppy is doing very well on Arden Grange Puppy/Junior large breed food and our vet says she has a lovely coat and is putting on weight steadily. "Last week I spoke to a young lady, who I think her name was Ness, from your Nutritionalist Department. She gave me some very sound advice regarding feeding our nine month old Labradoodle Ted, and also took the time to explain lots of things about a dogs diet. My wife and I are very grateful for this advice and we thank you for the samples that we have recieved this morning. We have already purchased treats for Ted, which he is enjoying and we intend to change his food to your adult range, which was suggested by Ness. “I was just writing to say thank you for such a great response from your company. I had requested some samples to feed my border collie bitch, as I thought with the original food she was being fed she didn’t have the life I expected or the coat condition.

The samples arrived promptly, sooner than I anticipated and sure as I was told my fussy eater was eating like I had never seen. As I purchased my bag of performance food I was wondering would she go "off it". Nearly ate through a bag now and the results are dramatic.

She is so full of life, the amount of competitions we do I cannot tire her and her coat is jet black and blinding white (unlike the red that the old food had made it). I just wanted to say what a great food it is and wish I had known about it before now and thoroughly recommend it.”
