General Description of the Service
Our online shop enables you to purchase pet food and accessories around the clock. Customers can select products, add them to the shopping basket, and conveniently place orders online. In addition, we offer a practical subscription function, allowing you to receive regular deliveries of your favourite products automatically and flexibly at intervals of your choosing.
Explanation of Usability
Our shop is designed so that you can navigate all areas using either a mouse or keyboard. You can quickly find the products you’re looking for via the navigation or the search function. Ordering – whether as a one-off or as part of a subscription – is completed in just a few clear steps. We ensure that all essential functions, such as product selection, shopping basket, checkout, and subscription management, are accessible without barriers.
Accessibility Status
We follow the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. Our aim is to meet the most important accessibility requirements.
A selection of pages was reviewed for compliance with the targeted accessibility standards in accordance with Implementing Decision 2018/1524 Annex I, Section 3.2. These pages were checked by us for compliance with the intended accessibility standards. It was found that our online shop is largely accessible. However, there are some areas that are not yet fully accessible.
The website can generally be described as BITV/WCAG-compliant. There are, however, some accessibility deficiencies that may restrict use in certain areas. These deficiencies limit compliance in some instances.
