Ordering – whether as a one-off or as part of a subscription – is completed in just a few clear steps. We ensure that all essential functions, such as product selection, shopping basket, checkout, and subscription management, are accessible without barriers.

We align ourselves with the applicable accessibility guidelines, in particular with the provisions of the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG) as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA, insofar as these are applicable.
To ensure accessibility, we carry out regular checks. In doing so, we combine manual tests of central website areas with the use of professional testing tools in order to guarantee a comprehensive evaluation of accessibility.
In addition, we have established internal guidelines and procedures to identify accessibility problems at an early stage, to remedy them and to react quickly to possible difficulties of users.
