Amilone Golden Retrievers Qualify for Crufts 2010!

Congratulations to Ruth Turner (Amilone Golden Retrievers - www.amilone.co.uk) on qualifying for Crufts 2010 with two of her bitches.

Amilone Retrievers

Amilone Betty Boop

Ruth Turner has recently reared her first litter on Arden Grange. She has kept Amilone Lilli Marlene, daughter of Amilone Betty Boop, and both have qualified for Crufts 2010. We are delighted for Ruth, and would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the beautiful images - courtesy of Tim at Eternal Pet Photography (www.eternalphotography.co.uk) Starprint Photographics (www.starprintphotographics.co.uk). We would also like to wish Ruth and her dogs continued success in the show ring. The first image shows 4 generations of Amilone Golden Retrievers fed on Arden Grange. From L to R: Vinecroft Princess Alice JW, RCC, SGWC, Crufts winner 2004 plus numerous wins at Championship shows and BOB and Group wins at Open shows (aged 15) - fed on Senior; Amilone Lilli Marlene, qualified for Crufts 2010, Open show RBPIS winner, numerous BP in breed wins (aged 8 months) - fed on Puppy Junior Large Breed; Amilone Sea Pearl, numerous Championship and Open show wins, including BPIS (aged 10) - fed on Senior; Amilone Betty Boop, qualified for Crufts 2010, Open show BOBs, BPIP and Group wins. Also registered PAT dog (aged 3) - fed on Prestige. Ruth Turner's Amilone Goldens are based in North Somerset. Although her Amilone kennel was established with her first litter, she has shown Goldens since 1988. She is active in many aspects of the breed, regularly showing, judging and occasionally working. Ruth is a committee member of The Golden Retriever Club, an Accredited Breeder and an Associate Member of the Kennel Club. Amilone Goldens were fed on a natural diet for many years, but Ruth was not convinced this kept them in the best condition, so tried to find a complete food that did not contain any artificial preservatives, colourings, animal derivatives or unneccessary cheap fillers. After trying a few brands, but not being 100% happy, on recommendation she tried Arden Grange, and quickly noticed an improvement. Ruth said: "Arden Grange produce top quality complete dry food which is good value for money, there is not so much mess to clean up compared to other completes, and the mess is not as smelly. The Partners canned food also goes down a treat! My girls love this food and are always ready for mealtimes! I like the fact that Arden Grange is manufactured in the UK and is reasonably easy for pet people to get hold of. Last year I raised my first litter on Arden Grange and was chuffed to bits with the results. My puppies were healthy and strong and I believe Arden Grange gave them a great start to life."
